Founder + Director Adam Mullins
Kind words from our clients.
“From the moment I met Adam, I wanted Wave Developments to build my home. I am completely blown away by my home and by the whole experience. I still pinch myself that I get to wake up here. Adam and his team gave me my forever home. We all built it together and this is what makes this house truly spectacular.”
– Marieke Spence, Tahiti House.
“Adam and the team were great to work with. Construction was done during a very turbulent time with Covid and the success of the build is a testament to Adam’s relationships with his suppliers, employees and contractors. Wave and Habitat Studio Architects were very easy to deal with regarding changes from plans that came with the land purchase and the needs and wants of myself and my partner. We have been very happy with our first year in our home and look forward to many more.”
– Matt Smith, Parnki House.
In progress.
“When we met Adam from Wave Developments, I think we both knew his team was going to be the one we trusted in building our homes. He took us through his Jayson Pate-designed home and the attention to detail is exactly what we are receiving at Enzo and La Curve.”
– Avenelle Harris and Stanley Sclavos,

Our Approach.
At Wave Developments, we believe in complete transparency from start to finish. We build a solid foundation with our clients and architects from the first consultation and pride ourselves on our communication and intimate knowledge of every project. Unlike many building companies, we provide fixed-price contracts, detailed cost breakdowns and expert advice on budget expectation for every project to avoid unanticipated surprises and costs. We are as meticulous in our planning as we are with our building and are known for our accuracy, faster lead times and the highest standard of finish on our completed projects. We promise to exceed your expectations.
Giving back to the community.
In 2015 Adam lead a Habitat for Humanity team build in Fiji. Together with friends and colleagues, Adam helped to raise funds and construct a small house for locals who lost their home in a cyclone years earlier. This project allowed the local farmer to establish a business and produce income.
